Terms for Mentors:

By becoming a mentor, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Eligibility and Account Information:

Mentor Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate as a mentor.

Accurate Information:

Personal Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and non-misleading personal information. It is your duty to promptly update this information by contacting wiseAdvizor.

Criminal Disclosures:

Criminal Convictions: You must disclose any criminal convictions or cautions, including those received after registering as a mentor on the wiseAdvizor platform.

Confidentiality and Data Sharing:

Mentee Data: Under no circumstances should you share any data received from your mentee, including their email, name, or age.

Recording Sessions:

Session Recordings: You may not record or store any mentoring sessions without the explicit consent of the wiseAdvizor team.

Platform Usage:

Platform Limitation: You will only provide mentoring sessions through the wiseAdvizor platform and will not attempt to contact mentees to meet in person or offer sessions outside of the platform.

Respectful Behavior:

Harassment and Interference: You agree not to harass or interfere with the experience of other mentors or mentees on the platform. Your use of the Site and Services should not disrupt or negatively impact others.

Privacy and Communication:

Communication Conduct: You will respect the privacy of others and refrain from engaging in unwelcome, rude, or abusive communications. wiseAdvizor retains the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate behavior.

Domain Area Limitation:

Scope of Interaction: Your interaction with mentees should be limited to the specific domain area related to their questions. Personal questions such as name, gender, age, or address should not be pursued. If a mentee deviates from the topic, you are expected to redirect the conversation to the relevant domain area.

Compliance with Laws:

Legal Compliance: You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and treaties. Professionalism, care, skill, diligence, and prudence should be exercised during interactions.

Content Responsibility:

Mentor Content: You are solely responsible for the content, guidance, and assistance you provide during mentoring sessions.

Equipment and Access:

Equipment Responsibility: You are responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary equipment to access the Site and Services and to conduct mentoring sessions.

Local Law Compliance:

Compliance with Local Laws: If local laws are applicable, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with them and must not misrepresent or claim compliance with any other laws unless expressly stated.

Non-Promotion:

Competing Services: You may not use the wiseAdvizor platform to promote any competing services to wiseAdvizor or any services in which you have a vested interest.

Completion of Mentorship Programs:

Obligations for Active Programs: You must fulfill all obligations related to active mentorship programs before canceling or suspending your sessions. Failure to complete active sessions/mentorships may result in the cancellation of any payment due to you for those sessions.

Terms for Mentees:

By using the wiseAdvizor platform as a mentee, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
