I would like to talk about why a Client/User interview is a starting point that will define the target audience, the real needs of customers, their dreams and hidden fears. These in-depth interviews helped Martech (Social media analytics, B2B, B2C) have first clients in a new market.
Customer Journey Design
I help to analyse at what point in the Customer Journey the company is losing potential clients; for the ones who didn’t buy - to consider a new product/offer; and also what kind of collaborations and PR activities could increase brand awareness and influence sales results. This kind of analysis showed to Edtech (Programming courses, B2C) why their revenue decreased.

I show what kind of obstacles can impact the decision to buy/test the product. These insights reveal how a sales representative can prepare for demos and overcome objections.
